SkyBlew’s UNModern Life

SkyBlew’s UNmodern Life is a love letter to ‘90s nostalgia, borrowing its soul from the Nickelodeon cartoon Hey Arnold! and sprinkling in nods to other classics like Rocko’s Modern Life.

Songs like “The Ballad of Pigeon Man,” “Sally’s Comet,” and “The Ballad of Stoop Kid” are straight-outta-Hillwood. Even the album art and title reference Rocko’s Modern Life, with the first track sampling the theme song. Sky Blew doesn’t stop there—cartoons and video games get sampled and referenced like a mixtape for anyone who grew up glued to a CRT TV.
