Late Registration

Kanye West

2005

Late Registration primarily focuses on Kanye’s transition into celebrity. We see this in the skits (where his fraternity of poor people kicks him out after finding out he’s been making money),

Having achieved success with The College Dropout, Kanye ruminates on the pros and cons of fame, often comparing his past to his present and worrying about the future.
