TM Radio has radio commentary interludes & introductions that fit the concept of the album well, done in a radio-show format. This concept wasn’t a stretch for the Time Machine boys, who borrowed many of the disc’s production tricks from the pirate radio show they hosted in 2004. 

“Everything you hear on that CD, like when you hear the drops for Time Machine Radio, were actual drops that we used on our radio show, and the intro to TM Radio was the real intro that we used on our show,” says Comel, the least talkative of the three. “Originally, we decided to work on that CD as a special tour item which people could only buy at the shows on our tour last summer, but it ended up coming out better than we had anticipated, so we decided to turn it into an official release.”
