Van Ghost has plenty of Van Gogh nods, and references are sprinkled throughout the album, and at several points ANKHLEJOHN raps in the character of “Van Ghost.” As the name suggests, he’s the artist Vincent Van Gogh’s ghost. Every song is also the title of a Van Gogh painting.
