Tribe by The Waxidermist is described as: “Attracted by a mysterious force that prompts him to leave his studio den, The Waxidermist embarks on a mystical quest, a Hip Hop adventure on the screen of which funk and soul collide, sampling and live. Against the backdrop of an Asian fresco, he traces a musical journey that draws in its wake long-time friends and new crusaders along the way.”
Arrived in the Dojo, The Waxidermist meets the Sifu RacecaR, undisputed master of flow, lyrics and Wu Martial Art. For his hip hop journey to go smoothly, it is important that The Waxidermist awakens his consciousness and resonates his inner energy, his Chi, with the Wu.
Mystical quest, sound fresco on a background of sample and live instruments, RacecaR & The Waxidermist begins training in this famous Dojo where legend has it that the Wu Tang would have cut their teeth, in search of Inner Peace…
