The Hill

The Hill is a hip hop duo from New England. Each rapper is named for a neighborhood in Massachusetts: Pine Hill + Winter Hill = The Hill. 

With Receiving, The Hill present a narrative concept album about two interstellar convicts from an alien world who stage a prison break. They snatch a perpetually transmitting radio communicator on their way out — and seek refuge in an obscure habitable planet far beyond the legal reach of their captors. This is their transmission.

Receiving is meant to be the first album in a trilogy story about these two alien convicts.
