The concept for Sittin’ on Chrome is just the opposite of slaughtering west coast rappers and their nihilism. Here, it’s about Ace’s cousin coming from South Central to visit Brooklyn and it’s sort of like a love letter to the west. Kinda ironic and bizarre when you thought he hates the west, but Ace goes in a decidedly West Coast, car culture-driven direction.
