The Cold Vein is about the bleakness of one’s surroundings and it’s effect on the individual, The Cold Vein represents an enduring illumination against a world of potential dangers. The title is a metaphor for adversity—those moments when life gets so dark and heavy that you’re forced to dig deep just to keep going.
